DevSecOps promotes a "shift-left" approach to security, meaning that security considerations are addressed up front in the design process, rather than being an after thought for system admins and operations teams after software is deployed.
We follow agile methodologies and we leverage tools to allow transparency amongst our developers and users. A common model for our small dev teams is to design, build, test, stage and deploy. Repeat Often.
